He answered the call for a SAME DAY inspection and arrived at the home within a couple of hours. Ahmed performed a comprehensive and thorough inspection of the interior and exterior, giving a concise reporting of his findings and recommendations. I find there are 2 things that people are looking for when they hire a professional. They want them to be knowledgeable and have a friendly personality. Ahmed has both. His background in home remodeling gives him the experience that you are looking for and you will find him to be warm and friendly. Mr Ahmed Hassan recently inspected a home that I'm buying and I'm very pleased to recommend his services. His inspection was detailed and thorough, and I had the written report back in under 24 hours. The home is older, so there were some aspects that I was not familiar with. Mr Hassan took the time to explain those to me, and he was really patient and helpful in answering my questions. Ahmed was a very detailed inspector. Having used a different inspector on a previous house, I know he was checking a lot of things that the other inspector didn’t bother to look at. I felt comfortable buying knowing that he had thoroughly looked at everything. My realtor actually commented that he thought Ahmed was TOO thorough, but there’s no such thing in my book! I would gladly use Ahmed again for another inspection if I needed one.
