Responsibilities
Perform residential home inspections
Identify and document defects and safety concerns
Communicate findings clearly and professionally with clients
Complete inspection reports accurately and on time
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
Qualifications
Licensed Home Inspector preferred (or actively pursuing licensing)
Construction, trades, or related experience is a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule
Comfortable using technology and inspection software
