Alhumd was incredibly thorough. He walked us through all of his findings, and out together an amazing report to bring to our sellers. I would highly recommend him and would contact him again in a heartbeat should we ever need another inspection.Posted on Google

Not only was the inspection exceptionally thorough and professional, but the Ahmed ( the inspector) was also incredibly kind and patient. He answered all of my questions including follow up questions on the following week, and made me feel completely at ease. Exceptional service from a truly nice person!Posted on Google
Shadeena GarveyI had a great experience with Ahmed! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire inspection. What I appreciated most was that he took his time to explain everything in detail, answer all my questions, and make sure I understood his findings. As a homebuyer, that really gave me peace of mind and made the process less overwhelming. I never felt rushed, and I truly appreciated his patience and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone purchasing a home!Posted on Google
MCAhmad did an exceptional job with our inspection! He found things I would've missed and was very detailed in his report which was very helpful for us as first time home buyers. What stood out to me the most was his patience - when he showed up, I had a long list of questions to ask him about the house and the inspection process, not only did he listen and addressed each of my questions, but he encouraged me to take my time reading through them. That level of customer service is rare to find these days and I'm so glad I selected this company to do my house inspection!Posted on Google
